• Review of Closing Disclosure
• Coordination with Warehouse Lender (if applicable)
• Balancing the funds to close and ordering the wire to fund the loan
• Authorization to the closing agent to fund the loan
• Review of the executed loan closing package
• Shipping the loan file to the investor by the appropriate method
• Insuring and shipping government insured loans
