Mimi Paxson joined Polunsky Beitel Green in January 2021 as Associate Director of Business Development. She brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and business development at mortgage banking and financial institutions throughout the country. Before joining Polunsky Beitel Green, she held several sales and client development roles at respected financial institutions and mortgage industry service providers. She has created powerful sales techniques to gain market share while also driving revenue through deepening client relationships. In her role, she will leverage these skills to expand the firm. Her experience in building relationships in business-to-business sales, consumer lending, risk management and fulfillment services will be beneficial in assisting clients. She is an active member of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association, Austin Mortgage Bankers Association, San Antonio Mortgage Bankers and the Texas Womens Mortgage Bankers.
