Laura Blalock joined Polunsky Beitel Green in February 2021 as an Associate Attorney. She has more than five years’ experience in the mortgage industry, specializing in legal and regulatory compliance, origination, and post-closing operations.

Working primarily with one of Polunsky Beitel Green’s largest clients, Laura guides the in-house team in the loan document preparation and review process to ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal and investor requirements. Prior to joining the firm, she most recently served as an associate attorney with an established real estate law firm where she specialized in mortgage document preparation and legal review.

Laura received her law degree from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Austin.
