Judy Boecker, Executive Director, joined Polunsky Beitel Green within fourteen months of the inception of the firm in 1976. She has been the key element in the success and growth of the firm. During her tenure, Ms. Boecker has made a significant impact in several areas including document preparation, office management and operations management. She has managed the new client setup and support, as well as heading up the hiring, training, and reviewing of the mortgage professionals that Polunsky Beitel Green is proud to employ. She has made significant contributions to the development and design of the systems that we utilize to provide our clients with the outstanding service and support they have come to expect. Ms. Boecker has and continues to be the cornerstone of the firm. Her leadership, wisdom and excellent management skills have been instrumental in the development of Polunsky Beitel Green as a dominant force in our industry.
